No. There are no customer accounts, so you can check out without signing up.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During busy periods it may take slightly longer.

Australia-wide. We don't ship internationally at this stage.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery option you choose.

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within:

• Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
• Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days
• Remote locations: delivery times may vary

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Email us at sales@ballsnallseasonings.com.au and we'll chase it up with the carrier on your behalf. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, peak periods or transport disruptions. We can't control those, but we can help you sort it out.

Our blends are handcrafted with unique flavour combinations you won't find on retail shelves. We focus on bold, adventurous profiles using premium ingredients, no fillers, and no artificial additives.

Most of our blends are gluten-free and contain no artificial additives. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page so you can make informed choices based on your dietary needs.

At launch we're featuring the Big Balls Box, which contains all six signature blends but Individual bottles are also available in the store.
